It's Good to have a Partner
Buying or selling a home can be a process that brings on all kinds of emotions – excitement, frustration, anticipation, fear, pride. Anyway you look at it, the process can be an emotional roller coaster. During one of the biggest transactions in your life, it is good to have a professional REALTORŪ by your side guiding you every step of the way.
Mary has business sense
I consider myself you partner in your real estate transaction. I don't make the decisions for you, but I do educate you on all the information so you are able to make the best decision possible for you and your family. I draw from my extensive business background in human resources and materials management. I know how to negotiate and communicate in the interest of my clients. I also know how to listen and identify your needs. My expertise can help you relax, confident that your home purchase or sale will be timely, ethically and handled with your best interests in mind. I understands the necessity to provide you with the highest level of fiduciary service.
Mary knows the Northwest
Our numbers are few, but I am a native of
Washington state, and now a resident of
Gig
Harbor. My husband of nearly twenty-five years, Geoff, and I have raised two handsome sons. Although we are true
University of
Washington Husky fans, our oldest was a WSU Cougar. Football season is full of interesting discussions! Our younger son recently graduated from Bellarmine Prep and is now at
Western
Washington
University.
I see myself as a proud representative of the great Northwest....often times a cheerleader of sorts. I love my home, and love to share the beauty of
Gig
Harbor and the
South Puget Sound area with those new (and old) to the region.
